What this website collects.

No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own hosting, so no third party is told about your visit. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no banner.

Server logs

Pages are delivered by Amazon Web Services, which handles your IP address for the moment it takes to send you a page. We do not keep access logs.

If you use the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your company if you want to give it, a topic and your message. When you send it, Amazon Web Services passes it to our sales mailbox, which Google hosts. We do not store it along the way. The service that handles the form records only whether each message was sent and its topic, without your details, and keeps that record for two weeks.

To keep out automated spam, the form has a hidden field that people do not see and notes how long the page was open before you sent it. Neither is kept. The form sets no cookies.

What we do with your message

The same applies whether you use the form or email sales@smtn.ai directly. We use what you send only to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside Smart Tenants, LLC and the providers who host our email. We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Ask at the same address to see or delete what we hold.

Our products are separate

Building data handled by Smart Tenants products is governed by the agreement with each customer, not by this notice.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting more, for example visitor statistics, this page will say so before it does.
