Comfort, energy and carbon

Hospitality runs its plant hard around the clock, so the silent faults cost the most and the guest notices first.

Ventilation quality: CO2 in meeting rooms and ballrooms checked against occupancy and ASHRAE 62.1 guidance. A sensor reading high with nobody in the room is reported as a sensor problem, not an air problem.
Economizer checks: free cooling taken when the outside air allows it, and outside air never imported against a saturated cooling coil.
Coil checks: chilled water flowing through a stopped unit, or heating and cooling fighting each other, found even on units without temperature sensors.
Carbon: kilowatt-hours converted to CO2 equivalent with published grid factors for your region, ready for sustainability reporting.
Proof of savings: a weather-normalized baseline so an operational change can be measured rather than asserted.
